County Judge's salary out of the Ad Valorem fund of Kerr County and the remaining 1/4th
thereof out of the Road 1 Brl dge Yund, and he is further direoted to pay 3/4ths of
the Commi saioners' per diem out of the Road & Bridge Yund and the remaining 1/4th thereof
out of the Ad Valorem fund.
