This 12th day of May, 1930, it appearing to the Court that Mra. Walter JC].ein is
unable to meet her payments on her washing mach ins with whioh aha Se making a living for her-
self and children and that she la unable to retain same unless her delinquent paymeata
are paid up at once, it is therefore adjudged and decreed by the Court that Karr County
donate X15.00 out of it's Ad Valorem fund towards meeting her payments on said machine, and
the Clerk is directed to forward voucher to aover to Mrs. H. H. Kuhlmann who is in charge
of such aubaoription lint.

Peterson, County Tax Assessor Yor the currant year, all of whioh aesesameata were found
satlaYsotory and are hereby aoeepted Dy the Court, with ezoeption of a few tax payers whioh
are to.be interviewed by thelr reapeative oommiasionere in person, and should any of said
owners fail or refuse to increase or ad~uat his assessment in line with the market value of
hie property, then the Clerk upon request of the Commissioner shall notify said tai payer
to appear before the Court at its next regular meeting and show caves why hie assessment
should not be increased.
