avSfioient funfls on hand Sn the sinking Mundt for the Ingram Sek~esi-Sohool House Building
Bond Scene (eohool Diatriat /8j to pay off said bond issue amsnnting to Thras Thousand
Dollars (#3,000.00) whioh bonds are owned by the Karr Covnty Permanent Sohool Fund.
It 1e ordered by the Court that Bald bonds be taken np sad paid off ont of said sinking
funds of said Sohool District #2, the interest on said bonds to date be paid into the Kerr
County available eohool fund and the three thousand Dollars principal of said bonds be paid
over to the Karr County Permanent Sohool Lund, and the residue of eai8 sinking fund, if any
there be, and any building fuada there may ba on hand, be traneterred to the available eaho~
fund of said eohool district.
The Karr County Depository shall be Yurnished by the Clerk of this Court, a
certified copy of this order authorising payments sa required by the terms of this order,
and the depository 1^ hereby required to mark said bonds nano ell ed and deliver same to this
Court to be destroyed at it's nest term.
