Dollars 03,000.00) whioh bonds are owned by the Kerr County Permanent Sohool Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that said bonds b• taken np sad paid off out of said sinking
funds oY said Sohool Diatriot #E, the interest oa said bonds tro date be paid into the Kerr
County available sohool Fund and the three thousand Dollars Brinoipal oY said bonds be paid
over to the Kerr County Permanent Sohool fund, and the reaiduo oY esid sinking fund, if any
there be, sad any building funds there may be on hand, be transferred to the available soho~

Tha Karr Covnty Depository shall be furnished by the Clerk of this Court, a
