nor and twelvs other ireeholdera residing in Commissioners' Preainat No. 8 of Kerr County,
for the eataDliehment of a nelghborhood roa6 30 feet in width connecting the Turtle Creek and
Canter Point Road with State Rlghway No. 27, o-er and across lands owmd by Albert Rees, d. B
Rees, Southwest Te~o3e Encampment Christian Chvrohge, Mra. Ellen Reee, J. R. Turner and Martin
Estee, and it appearing to the Courtthat said petition was filed in the manner and ior~the
length of time required Dy•law and proper notion given thereof, and it appearing to the Court
that said petition should not be granted, whereupon motion of Commissioner Wiedenfeld, second
ed by Commissioner Karger and duly adopted, said petition be and is hereby unanimously re~eot

Thereafter Walter Petaoh, Eaq., attorney for petitione~'eaaked the Court to re-open
the matter for rehearing, which request was a16o declined by the Court, whereupon petitioners
through their attorney, Walter Patsch in open court gave notion oP appeal to the District
Court of Kerr County, Teme.
