At a meeting of the Commieetonera' Court of the County of Kerr, Tema, held on
the 18th day of November, 1930, with all members of the Court present, Dame on to bs con-
sidered the returns of an eleotion held on the lbth day of IIovembar, 1930, to determins whe-
ther or not the bonds of said County should be issued to the amount of X450,000.00, bearing
not to exnaed five (5) par Dent rate of intereet, and maturing at suoh timoe ea may be fined
by the Commissioners' Court, eerlally or othervrise, not later than thirty (30) years from
their date, for the purpose of the oonatruat ion, ma int enamge and operation off maoadamieed,
graveled or paved roads and turnpikes, or in aid thereof, and whether or not ad valorem
taxes shall be levied upon all the property in aa18 County, subject to teastion, for the
purpose of paying the lntereet on said bonds and to provide a alnking fund for the redemption
thereof at maturity, and it appearing that paid eleotion was in all roepeota lawfully held
and acid returns duly and lsgally made, and that Chore were oast at said eleotion 1968 votes,

It ie therefore sound and deolared that the proposition to Se sue said bonds and levy

at aald sleotion and that the Commi saionere' Court of ea18 County ie authorized to issue '
said bonds and to levy an8 have assessed and oolleoted said tai.
The above order being road, it was moved and sea ended that same be passed and adopted.
