On this 18th day of November, 1930, cams on to be opened the bide filed by S1kee &
Johnston of Kerrville, Teaas, John S, Oglesby oY Dallsa, Teass, Carneiro Chumney & Co., of
San Antonio, Tease, end W. G. HS11 Audit Co. of Auatln, Tease, pursuant to the Court's
resolution for audit and advertisement for gush bids ae preearibed by law, and It appearing
from such bide filed that it would be to the beet interest of Karr County and said bidders
that the award of the contract for the audit ba postponed to enable said bidders to revise
their blfls if deeired, it ie therefore ordered by the Court that bide for said audit be
re-considered at a spacial term of this Court to be held at 2 O'oloak P. M. on Tuesday,
Nov. 25, 1930, at whioh time the contract for same will be let by the Court, and the Clerk
is hereby instructed to notify eaoh of said bidders to the ePfeot that tho Court desires
the books and records of Kerr County audited for a period of time commencing Jan. 31 at, 1927
down to data, and that eaoh of Bald bidders is invited to appear before the Court in person
or by rapreaentative on November~25th.

This 18th day of November, 1930, it 1s ordered by the Court that eaoh offioer holding
the Special County-wide Ro44 Bond election on Nov. lb, 1930, in Kerr County, Terms, be and
ie hereby allowed the sum of ^3.00 out of the Ad Valorem Hind of Kerr County, and eaoh
offioer xho returned the election bosae of hie precinct ie allowed an additional ,p2.00 out
of said fund, all of whioh oompeneation shall be paid by the County Clerk by proper warrants
drawn against said font.
