On this 18th day of November, 1930, oame oa to be apanad the bids filed by Sikes &
Johnston of Kerrville, Texas, Joha S, Ogloaby of Dallas, Terse, Carneiro Chumney & Co., of
San Antonio, Texas, and W, G. Rill Audit Co. of Austin, Texas, pursuant to the Court's
resolution for audit and advertisement for such bids ae prescribed by law, and it appearing
from auoh bide filed that it would ba to the beet interest of Karr County and said bidders
that the award of the oontraot for the audit be postponed to enable said bidders to revise
their bldg if desired, it is therefore ordered by the Court that bids for said audit ba
re-considered at a apeoial term of this Court to be held at 2 0'o look P. M. on Tuesday,
Nov. 25, 1930, at whioh time the oontraot for same will be let by the Court, and the Clerk
is hereby inatruoted to notify each of ea id bidders to the effect that the Court deairee
the books and records of Kerr County audited for a period of time oommenaing Jan. 31st, 1927
down to data, and that esoh of said bidders Sa invited to appear before the Court in person
or by representative on November~25th.

;112. PAYMENT OF ELUTION OFFICERS PER DIEM FOR HOLDING ROOD BOND ELUTION, Nov. lbth, 1930.
Thin 18th day of Novmber, 1930, it is ordered by the Court that esoh officer holding
the Special County-wide Rood Bond election on Nov. lb, 1930, 1n Kerr County, Terms, be and
is hereby allowed the sum of $3.00 out of the Ad Valorem fund of Kerr County, and each
officer xho returned the election boxes of his precinct is allowed an additional `y'2.00 out
of said fend, all of whioh oomponaation shall be paid by the County Clark by proper warrants
drawn against said fend.
