On this, the 8th day of Deoember, 1930, came on to be considered by the Court the
written applioatlons together with personal bonds for $500.00 1n triplicate, of Cone Car
Company, Ise. and Petoreone Garage of Ksrrrills, Tezae, and 0. s. T. Garage of Ingram,
Texas, and T. L. Coz of Center Point, Rexaa, seeking the Court's designation as official
county tact stations of Kerr County, Texas; and it appearing to the Court that the station
of sash of said applicants and which they hale been operating under the designation of this
Court, are each oonetruated according to spefioioationa issued by th• Texas Highway Commis-
sion, sad have each bean operated aaaording to law in the past.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Co vrt that said ap plioenta are hereby
designated as offioisl county teat stations of Karr Govnty, for the period of one year from
date, ae follows:

Station No. Two, Peterson's Garage, Kerrville, Texas, H. H. Lather, 1n charge,

And it 1lirthsr appearing to the Court that the respective personal bonds in the sum
of $b00.00 submitted by each of said applicants are good and suYYiaient, each of said
bonds era hereby approved in open Court.
And the Clerk of this court ie hereby directed to send certified copy of triis order
