said Colleotor was in nowise responsible, said error being made on account oY occupation tax
covering the Yull term of ofPioe oY said Colleotor with reference to which the Finance
Ledger represented only 66-E/3$ oY the total oolleated Snstead oY the Pull amount, the recor
oY eaid oco upation State Tas being on file 1n Austln as the law requires anfl inacoessable at
eaid time to said 41. G. Hill Audit Company.
And the eaid J. T. Moore, Collector being apprised of said error appeared in open
Court thla day and paid and restored to the dory bond of Kerr County eaid sum of3677.44,
the amount oY said error, he is hereby fully rbleased and discharged from any liabillty
whatever on account of said drror.
It le further ordered that $10.00 be retuzb,ed to Jao. R. Loavell, Di at riot Clerk
out of the Jury Pond by reason of doable payment of fury fees 1a causes Boe. 1495 and 1496,
sa shown on page 23 of Auditor's report.
