of said oco upat ion State Tax being on Pilo in Austin as the law requires and insaoessable at
said time to said W. G. Hill Audit Company.
And the acid J. T. Moore, Collector being apprised of said error appeared in open
Court thin day and paid and reeto red to the jury Fund of Kerr County said cum of $3677.44,
the amount of acid error, ho ie hereby inlly released and discharged from say liability
whatever on account of said irror.
PE is further ordered that $10.00 be retrus~t,ed to Jno. R. Leavell, Di et riot Clerk
out of the Jury Pond by reason of double payment of fury fees 1n oaueea ffioe. 149b and 1496,
