Bonds ere dated February 10th, 1931, and are payable, to gath er with semi-annual int erect
aoupona, except coupon No. 1, which is for 12 months' interest, at the Guaranty 'Tmtat Compeay
New York, New York.
The County will furnish, without opat to the suooes aful bidder, a complete transcript o1
these bonds, eud the approval of the Attorney Oeasral of the State of T9aas, and Nesars.
Chapman and Cutler of Chicago, Illinois, and the printed bonds, and the purchaser mast make
payment therefor at some bank to be desigmtad by the purchases and sooeptable to the County,
There is no controversy or litigation affecting the sale or delivery of the bonds.
Those bonds are part of an Ssaue of $450,000.00 authorized at en election held on the 15th
day of November, 1930; and the proceeds will ba used only for the purpose for which the bonds
were voted.
The County agrees not to sail say more bonds of this issue prior to December 31st, 1931.
