only bid, that of Chea. Schreiner Bank, (Uninporpornted) Of Ssrrville, Teaea, offering
their aervioea ea de pos story of school and county funds of Barr County for ensuing two
years, offering to p~ 2$ lntere st on all daily Dalanaes, and it appearing to the Court
that said bid of Chea. Schreiner Bank is the best bid obtainable, it istherefore ordered
by the Court that said bid be end fie hereby excepted by the Court and said Bank is hereby
awarded said depository,of school and county funds for neat two years at 2;$ interest oa
daily bale no ea, and said Bank is direoted to make proper bonds as suoh depository as
required by law, and presenj same to this Court for approval.

On this, 9th day of February, 1931, Dame on to be eaamined the con traotor~s bond
of Brown & Aoot, Ina., written by the Amerioan Surety Company of New York, in the sum of
X34,250.00, guarenteei ng to. iffiemnify Karr County agalnat nay lose or damage direotly
arising by reason of the failure of said Brosm & Aoot, Inc. to faithfully perfoa its
oontraot for the oonstruotion of County Road from Ingram, Terms to Hunt, Tezfls, sad it
appearing to the oourt that said bond is good and auffioient, same De and is hereby
acoepted by the Court, and Brown & Root, Inc. is hereby direoted to prooeed with the

X157, FSZINO OF DAILY RENTAL ON TAACTO$, GRADER k ROLLER,
This 9th day of February, 1931, it appearing to the Court that the daily rental
on the large grader and traotor owned by Brown & Root, Ino, of X30,00 per day for eaoh day
aush~'grader and tractor is used in the oonatrnotion of the paved highway from ingrem to
Hunt, Tazas, is fair and reasonable, and it further appearing to the Court that a daily
rental of $10.00 per day for each day Brown & Root use their large roller on said fob,
is fair end reasonable, it is therefore ordered by the Court that the daily rental
on said grader and trastor bs and ie hereby fixed at said sum of $30.00 per 8 hour day,
and it is Purther ordered by the Court that the daily rental on said roller be and is
hereby fized at ea id atmm of $10.00 per 8 hour day, and on all other road equipment and
machinery the daily rental shall be fized by the Court at a later date.
