No. 160, TRAi~SFER FROM R. & B. FUND TO AD VALOREM FUND.
This 10th day of Februar y, 1931, it appearing to the Court that si nee on or abaft
Tune 20th, 1930, by virtue of the new law ~ffeo tine on that date and in accordance with
this Court'e order passed at its April Term, 1930, the salary of the County Judge should
ba paid 1/4th out of Road & Bridge Fund end 3/4the out of the Ad Valorem Fund, and the
sal arias of the Commi sslon ars should be paid 3/4ths out of Road & Bridge Fund and 1/4th
out of Ad Valorem fund, whereas all of said County Judge's salary has been paid out of
Ad Valorem fund and all Commissioners' salaries out of Road & Bridge fund,
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the e~ of Three Hundred aid Thirty-
ona and 12/100 Dollars ($331.12) be and is hereby transferred Prom the Road & Bridge
fund to the Ad Valorem fund, and the County Treasurer is hereby aulLOrizad and Qireoted
to make such transfer of funds.
