No. 160, TRAPFsFER FROM R. & B. FUND TY1 AD VALOREM FUND.
This 10th day of Febxtiaz y, 1931, it appearing to the Court that sines on or abazt
Tune 20th, 1930, by virtue of the new law sffeotive on that date and in accordance with
this Court's order passed at it's April Term, 1930, the salary o1 the County Judge should
be paid 1/4th out of Road & Bridge Fund and 3/4tha out of the Ad Valorem Fund, sad the
sal arias of the Commissioners should be paid 3/4ths out of Road & Bridge Fund and 1/4th
out of Ad Valorem fund, whereas sll of said County Judge's salary has been paifl out of
Ad Valorem fund and all Commission ars' salaries out of Aoed & Bridge fund.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the s~ of Three Rundred and Thirty-
one and 12/100 Dollars ($331.12) be and is hereby transferred from the Road & Bridge
Pund to the Ad Valorem fund, and the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and direoted
to make suoh transfer of funds.

Thia 10th day oP February, 1931, it appearing to the Court that there is on
hand for appo rtionmant in the Road & Bridge fund of Rerr County, an unapportioned balanoe
of $1124.40 Prom 1930 plus the snm of $4,000,00 this day deposi tad by the Tax Coll Bator
in said fund, total $5,124.40, 16 is therefore ordered and decreed that said sum of
$5,124.40 be and is hereby apportioned among the Commi asi oner's Prac ins to of Kerr
County, Teaas, as follows;
To Road & Bridge fund of Preci net No. 1, sum of $2562,20,
,. TO Road & Bridge fund of Prec inat No, 2, sum of $563,68,
To Road & Bridge Pund of Precinot No. 3, sum of $461.20,
