This 10th day of Februar y, 1931, it appearing to the Covrt that ei nee on or abdtt
Tune 20th, 1930, by virtue of the new law aPfeo tine on that date and in accordance with
this Court's order passed at it's April Term, 1930, the salary of the County Judge should
be paid 1/4th out of Road & Bridge Fund and 3/4tha out of the Ad Valorem Fund, and the
ealariea of the Commissioners should be paid 3/4the out of Road & Bridge Fhnd and 1/4th
out oP Ad Valorem fund, whereas all of said County Judge's salary has been paid out oP
Ad Valorem fund and all Commission era' salaries out of Roffi & Bridge fund,
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the sum of Three Hundred and Thirty-
one and 12/100 Dollars ($331.12) De and is hereby transferred from the Ao ad & Bridge
Pund to the Ad Valorem Yund, and the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed
to make such transfer of funds.

WHEREAS, at an election duly and legally held on the 15th day of November, 1930,
the qualified property teapaying voters of Rerr County, Tezas, authorized the issuance of

$450,000.00 of Kerr County Road Bonds; and ~~
WHEREAS, on the Bth day of Deosmber, 1930, the Commissioners' Court of Rerr County,
Teaas, passed an order authorizing the issueme of $450,000.00 of Kerr County Road Bonds, ~'~
Serioa 1931, dated February 10th, 1851, and bearing interest et the rate of 5~ per annum,
and maturing serially during the years 1932 to 1961, inolusive; and !,~
WHEREAS, the anid $4$0,000.00 of Kerr County Aoad Honda, Seri as 1931, authorized ~~~

Teaas, passed an order, which is of reoord in Book H, page 514, reaoinding that oertain
order pe.ssed on Daoember 8th, 1930, authorizing the isauam a of said $450,000.00 Kerr County
Road Bonds, Serioa, 1931, dated February 10th, 1931, bearing interest at the rate of 5$ par
annum, and =aLi ring serially during the years 193E to 1961, inelu sive; ant
WHER&A3, on the 12th day of Janiary, 1931, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County,
Teaas, passed an order, whioh is of reoord in Hook H, page 515, authorizing the issuance
of $250,000.00 of bonds oP said authorized amount; and
WHEREAS, this Court now desires to destroy by burning said azecuted bonds Nos. 1 to
450, inolusive, of the denomination of $1,000.00 eaoh, aggregating $450,000.00, which were
authorized by an order of the Commissioners' Court on the 8th day oP Deoember, 1930; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED APID DECREED BY THE COIvIDSISSIONIIiS' COURT OF KffiiR COURfY, TESA~
That Rerr County Road Bonds, Series 1931, Nos. 1 to 450, inolusive, dated February
10th, 1931, authorised by the Commissioners' Court on December 8th, 1930, bearing interest
at the rate of 5,~ par annum, and maturing as follows:
$5,000.00 on February 10th of eaoh oP the years 193E to 1936, both inclusive;
$10,000.00 on Bebruary 10th of each of the years 1937 to 1941, both inolusive;
$15,000.00 on February 10th of each of the years 1942 to 1951, both inclusive;
