This 9th day of Maroh, 1931, upon motion of Commissioner Moore, seaondad by GosDai.e-
aioner F. A. %arger and unanimously adopted, it is ordered by the Court that %err County
pay all ezpense of the last illness and funeral of. Harry Wells, deoesaed, out of the pr opar
fund of the County.
This, the 10th day of Marsh, 1931, upon apeoiel request of the family of said Harry
Wells, daoeasad, aakiag the County not to pay the ezpenee of the last illness a~ funeral
of said deaedaaL, it is hereby ordered and desreed by the Court that the order gassed
by this Court etlowing said ezpensee to be paid by %err County, be and le hereby rasoindad
and annulled.

This 9th day of Maroh, 1981, it appearing to the Court teat Commlasionars* Preainot 4
is entitled additionally to approaimately 1} per cant of the $89~000.00 recently apportioned
out of the Road &. Bridge fund and Commtasionars' Precinct No. 1 received 1} more that it
ie entitle8 to, as shown by the real estate assessed valuation of said two precinots
figured by the County Assessor, W. 0. Peterson sad County Surveyor, A. L. Starkey, and it
further appearing to the Court that said condition probably eaistad in part Yor the last few
years, it is therefore ordered that the sum of $1000.00 (being double the amount of said 1
shall be traaaferrad by the County Clerk from the R. & B. ~1 fund to the R. & H. #4 fund,
1n full settlement of said olaim.
