This 9th dap of Maroh, 1831, upon motion of Commisaionar Moors, seoondad by Co~ia-
sionar F. A. Barger and unanimously adopted, it is ordered by the Court that %err County
pay all ezpenae of the last illness and ftineral of-Harry Wells, deoeased, out of the proper
fund of the County.
This, the 10th day of Marsh, 1931, upon apeoiel request of the family of said Harty
Walla, deaeasad, asking the County net to pay the szpensa of the last illness ate. funeral
of said deaedant, it is hereby ordered and deereed by the Court that the order gasss,d
by this Court e}lowing Bald erpensea to be paid by Barr County, be and ie hereby reaoindad
and annulled.

This 9th day of March, 1931, it appearing to the Cpnrt that Comcaisaionsrs' Preoinat
is entitled additionally to approzimately 1} per cent of the $®9,000.00 recently apgortione~
out of the Road k Bridge fend end Commissioners' Precinct No. 1 reoaived 1} more that it
is entitled to, as shown by the real satate assessed valuation of said two precincts
figured by the County Assessor, W. G. Peterson and County Surveyor, A. L. Starkey, and it
farther appearing to the Court that said condition probably ezisted in part for the last fe
years, it 1s therefore ordered that the sum of $1000.00 (being double tho amount of said 1~
shall ba transferred by the County Clerk from the R. & B. ~1 fund to the R. & B. #4 fund,
in Pull settlement of said claim.
