This 9th day of March, 1931, upon motion of Commissioner Moore, seaondad by Commis-
sioner F. A. $arger and unanimously adopted, it is ordered by the Court that $err Couaty
pay all ezpenae of the last illness and flineral of_Harry Walla, deoesaed, out of the proper
fund of the County.
This, the 10th say of March, 1931, upon special request of the family of said Harry
Wells, deaeesed, asking the County not to pay the expense of the last illness ass. funeral
of said deaedant, it la hereby ordered and deareefl by the Court that the order gassed
by Chia Court Q]lowing said ezpenaea to be paid by Sarr County, be and le hereby rescinded
and annulled.

is entitled additionally to approximately 1} per cent of the X89,000.00 recently apportioned
out of the Road k Bridge fnad cad Commissioners' Precinct No. 1 renaived 1} more that it
ie entitled to, as shown by the real estate assessed valuation of said two preciaats
figured by the County Assessor, W. G. Potaraon and County Surveyor, A. L. Starkey, and it
farther appearing to the Court that said condition probably existed in part Yor the last few
years, it is therefore ordered that the sum of f~1000.00 (being double the amount of said 1~
shall be transferred by the County Clerk from the R. & B. ~1 fund to the R. do B. f~4 fund,
in Pull settlement of said claim.
