134 to 137, inclusive, of the Minutes of Acoouats Allowed for %err County, which dre.~ade
a part of this Order.

X188, RE: Payment by %EiiR COUNTY OF FUNERAL EXPENSE, DRII6 BPID DOCTOR BILLS OF HARRY WELLS.
This 9th day of March, 1981, upon motion of Commissioner Moore, seconded by Commis-
sioner r. A. Barger and unanimously adopted, it is ordered by the Court that %err County
pay all expense of the last illness andfunaral of-Harry Wells, deoesaed, out of the proper
fund of the County.
This, the 10th day of Marsh, 1931, upon special request of the family of said Harry
Wells, deoesaed, asking the County not to pay the expanse of the last 111aeas a~ funeral
of said deaedant, it is hereby ordered and deeread by the Court that the order gassed
by Chia Court allowing said expenses to ba paid by Barr County, be and is hereby rescinded.

This 9th day of March, 1931, 1t appearing to the Court that Commisaionsra' Preoinat g
is entitled additionally to approximately 1} per cent of the $IIC,000.00 recently apportioned
out of the Road &. Hridge toad and Commissioners' Precinct No. 1 received 1} more that it
is entitled to, as shown by the real •atate esaesaed valuation of said two preoinata
figured by the County Assessor, W. G. Paterson and County 3urveyro r, A. L. Starkey, and it
farther appearing to the Court that said condition probably existed in part for the last few
years, it is theraforo ordered that the sum of $1000.00 (being double the amount of said 1}~
shall ba transferred by the County Clerk from the R. & B. '~1 fund to the R. k H. #4 fund,
in full settlement of said claim.
