for the construo ti on of a paved loot' through-Castes 8eiat'and bridges aoroea the Guadalupe
River, connecting with the proposed new Highway Ao. 27 above and Dslow Center Paint, is
Barr County, Tezas, out of the prooeeda of Kerr County's $460,000.00 Hoad Bond issue,
should be placed and set aside in a separate fund to be used and ezpeaded solely for
the purposes mentioned, it is therefore or derod and deoreefl by the Court that the County
Treasurer of Barr County transfer said sum of $56,000.00 Prom the %err County Lateral Road
Fund to the Center Point Road Fund, hereby oroated.

prooeeda of Kerr Couaty'a $450,000.00 Road Bond issue, should be placed and set aei de in
a separate fund to be used and expended solely for the purpose me ntioaed, 1t is therefore
ordered and decreed by the Court that the County Treasurer of %err County transfer said
sum of $38,000.00 from Atha Kerr County Lateral Road Fund to She Ingram-Hunt Road Fuad
