This 9th day of Maroh, 1931, it appearing to the Court that the $58,000,00 allotted
for the construe tion of a paved loop LhrougD Caster 'Point'end bridges soroae the Guadalupe
River, connecting with the proposed new Highway Ro. 27 above and Delow Center Point, is
Barr County, Tezea, out of the pmoeada of Ksrr County~e $4b0,000.00 Aoad Bond issue,
should ba placed and set aside in a separate fund to De used e~ ezpeaded solely for
the purposes mentioned, it is therefore ordered and deoreed by the Court that the County
Treasurer of Barr County transfer said sum of $86,000.00 from the Kerr County Lateral Road
Fund to the Center Point Road Fund, hereby oreated.

This 9th day of March, 1931, it appearing to the Court that the $38,000.00 allotted
for the construction of a paved road from Ingram to Heat in Barr County, Tezas, out of the
prooeeda of Kerr County~a $450,000.00 Road Bond issue, should be placed and s.et as18e is
a separate fund to be used and ezpended solely for the purpose mentioned, it is therefore
ordered and deoreed by the Court that the County Treasurer of Kerr County transfer said
sum of $38,000.00 from :_thd Kerr County Lateral Road Fund to the Ingram-Hunt Road Fund
