193, TRANSFER FAOS:Y KERR COUNTY LATERAL ROAD PUPID TO CENTER POINT HOAR F'QIID.
This 9th .day of March, 1931, iL appearing to the Court that the $58,000.00 allotted
for the construo tion of a paved loot' through Caster Point'and bri dgea aorosa the Guadalupe
River, conneati ng with the proposed new Highway No. 27 above and Dslow Center Point, in
Kerr County, Tezas, out of the prooeeda of Kerr County's $450,000.00 Road Bond issue,
should be placed and set aside in a separate fund to be ua ed affi expended solely for
the purposes mentioned, it is therefore ordered and deoreed by the Court that the County
Treasurer of Kerr County transfer said sum of $56,000.00 from the Kerr County Lateral Road
Fund to the Center Point Road Fund, hereby oreatad.

This 9th day of March, 1931, it appearing to the Court that the $36,000.00 allotted
for the construoti on of a paved road from Ingram to Hunt in Rerr County, Tezas, out of the
prooeeda of Rerr County'a $450,000.00 Road Bond issue, should be placed and set aside in
a separate fund to be used and ezpended solely for the purpose mentioned, it is therefore
ordered and deoreed by the Court that the County Treasurer of Rerr County tra nafer said
sum of $38,000.00 from :.the Rerr County Lateral Aoad Fund to the Ingram-Hunt Road Fund
hereby great ed.
This 9th day of March, 1931, Dame on to"be oonai dared by the Court the application
of Messrs. Albert Kramer, Roy Kemp and Chaa, Leinweber asking that Rerr County convey
back unto applicants the unused portion of State Highway No. 41 right of way heretofore
to
conveyed/Rerr County by applieeate as shown by their separate deeds recorded in vol. 45,
pages 820, 822 and 814 of the Deed Records of Rerr County reapeetlvaly, and it appearing
to the Court that the right of way for said State Hi ~wnv No, 41 has been aeoured without
touohing the lands of applicants and that eaoh of said parties are entitled to receive
said unused right of way back from Rerr County by proper deed in order that all cloud
may be removed from the title of their re sp eeti ve lands by reason of the deeds eiecu tad
by each of thsm unto Kerr County aforesaid.
Now, Therefore, De it ordered, aa~udged anfl Beare ed by the Court that the application
of said Albert Kramer, Roy Remp and Ches. Lei xareber be granted ea prayed for and that
Rerr County convey baok unto eaoh of them by proper dead of conveyan oe the uauaed portions
of the right of way of State Highway No. 41 heretofore conveyed unto Rerr County by deeds
above mentioned, and it is further ordered by the Court that Conetg . Mdge, Chsa. Real
br~endoi• hereby authorized and dir acted to ezeoute and deliver eaoh of said three deeds
for and on behalf oY Kerr County.
