This 9th day of March, 1931, it appearing to the Court that the $36,000.00 allotted
for the construction of a paved road from Ingram to Hunt in Rerr County, Tezea, out of the
proceeds of Rerr County~a $450,000.00 Road Boad issue, should De pissed and set sai de in

a separate fund to be used and ezpended solely for the purpose mentioned, it is therefore
ordered and decreed by the Court that the County Treasurer of Rerr County tra asfer said
sum of $38,000.00 from :. th6 Kerr County Lateral Road Funs to the Ingram-Hunt Road Pend

of Messrs. Albert Kramer, Aoy Kemp and Chas. LelnweDer asking that Karr County convey
back unto applicants the unused portion of Stets Highway Ro. 41 right of way heretofore
to
conveyed/Rerr County by applieants ea shown Dy their separate deeds recorded is Vol. 45,
pages 820, 622 end 814 of the Deed Reoorda of Karr County reapeo tively, en6 it appearing
to the Court that the right of way for said State Hl ghwey Ro. 41 hsa been secured without
touching the lands of applicants and that each of said parties ere entitled to receive
said unused right of way bank from Kerr County by proper deed in order that all cloud
may be removed from the title of their reap ec ti ve lands by reason of the deeds aaecu tad
by saoh of them unto Kerr County aforesaid.
Now, Therefore, De it ordered, adjudged and deore ed by the Court that the application
of said Albert Kremer, Roy Kemp and Chea. Lei nraber be granted ea prayed for and that
Rsrr County convey back unto saoh of them by proper deed of conveyan oe the unused portions
of the right of wag o2 State Highway No. 41 heretofore conveyed unto Kerr County by deeds
above mentioned, and it is further ordered by the Court that Cou~itg .Judge, Chas. Aeal
br~ead~is hereby authorized and directed to ezecute and deliver saoh of said three de ede
for and on behalf oY Kerr County.
