E. H. Turner, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 og Kerr County, Teaas, for the month
of February, 1931, of ariminatl asses filed, and fines, judgments and jury fees collected,
totaling $122.25, entitling him to $90.00 in fees, and it appearing that said report is
true and correct, same is hereby approved, and the County Clerk is directed to issue two
vouchers in payment of said fees in favor of E. H. Turner, one for $67.50 out of Ad palorem
Hind and the other for $22.50 out of Road & BM dge fund.

No. 196, QUALIFICATION OF W. K. COWDEN AS JUSTICE OF TdE PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. 2.
This 9th day of Meroh, 1931, came on to be considered the official bond of W. K.
Cowden as Justice of the Pease of Justioo'e Preoinet No. 2 of Kerr County, under appointment
of this Court at it's last January term, and it appearing that said W. K. Cowden has taken
hie official oath as prescribed by law and that his bond is good and sufficient, it is
hereby ordered that said bond be approved in open Court and that same be recorded by the
County Clerk in the Offioi al Bond Record of Kerr County.

No. 197, ALLOWANCE OF FIRST ESTIMATE OF WORK DONE ON INGRAM-HUNT PAGED ROAD.
This 9th day of March, 1931, came on to be audited and ezamined Dq the Court the
first estimate or account of Brown & Root, Inc. ooatraotors, covering work performed,
material, gas, oil, etc. furnished and used and rentals on machinery and equipment, on the
oonstruation of the Ingram-Hunt Paved road during the period from Fob. 4th to Feb. &8, 1931,
amounting in the aggregate to the sum of $3,979.01, and it appearing to the Court that said
estimate or account is correct, same De and is hereby approved and allowed and the County
Clerk is direated to issue a voucher in said sum of X3979.01 out of the Ingram-Hunt Road
Fund in favor of Brown & Root, Inc., in payment of said claim.

Kerr County, Tezas, being in regular session at a regular term of said Court, the following

the following proceedings, among others, ware had, to-wit;
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 12th day of January, 1931, the Commisaionera' Court of
Kerr County, Tee, passed an order authorizing the issuance of X40,000.00 KERR COUNTY ROAD
AND BRIDGE REFUNDING WARRANTS OF 1931, for the purpose of xofunding sa equal amount of scrip
or warrants duly and legally issued against the Road and Bridge Fund of said County,_whioh
order is recorded 3n Hook H, page 511, et. seq. of the Minttea of said Ceurt.
WHEREAS, in purau m:oe of said order, certain scrip or warrants have been issued
against the Road and Bridge Fund of said County of Kerr, Tama, in payment of claims which
were duly audited and allowa8 by the Commissioners' Court of said County, prior to the
