of this Court at its last January term, and it appearing that said W. K. Coxden has taken
his official oath as prescribed by lax and that his bond is good and auffiaient, It is
hereby ordered that said bond be approved in open Court and that same be recorded by the
County Clerk in the Official Bond Record of Kerr County.

This 9th day of Marsh, 1931, Dame on to be audited and ezamined by the Court the
first estimate or aocount of Hroxn & Root, Inc. aoatractora, covering work performed,
material, gsa, oil, etc. furnished and used and rentals on machinery and equipment, on the
aonstruation oP the Ingram-Hunt Paved road during the period from Feb. 4th to Feb.,.RB, 1931,
amounting in the aggregate to the sum of $3,979.01, and it appearing to the Court that said
estimate or account is correot, same be and 1a hereby approved and alloxed and the County
Clerk is directed to issue a voucher in said sum of $3979.01 out of the Ingram-Hunt Road
Fund in favor of Broxn & Root, Ino., in payment of said claim.

AND BRIDGE REFUNDING WARRANTS OF 1931, for the purpose of xofunding an equal amount oP aorip
or xarrants duly and legally issued against the Road and Bridge Fund of said Couaty,,xhich
