contractor's aupervleioa on the Ingram-Hunt Paving pro~eot, aggregating $b,bE4.19 payable
to Brown g Root, Inc.
After deducting $1803.Ob Doing 10'~ on all eoeounts paid Brown & Root, Inc. to date
i noluding the eo count aforesaid, it is ordered and decreed by the Court that the County
Clerk shall Sseue a voucher for =3,T1E.14 in favor of Brown and Hoot, Inc. is payme~ of
said estimate or claim, said amount of $1803.08 hereby retained by the County to be paid
to acid Brown d Hoot Inc. 1Y and when said construct ion proJeot has been Yiniahefl soon rding
t0 their contract with the County.
