delay. Upon motion of Commisai onsr Storms, eeaonded by Commissioner Moore and voted for by
Commiesloaere Storms, Moore and Wm. Karger, said Commleeloner Storms of Commiesionere'
Prealnot shall be authorised by the Court to do the dirt and gravel work on the Center
