I, for release as surety on the bond of Chas. A. Rodgers, Constable of Justice's Precinct No. 4
of Kerr County, Tezas, and it apP~ring to the Court that proper notice has been served by
~ the Sheriff in the matter, said ap plioat ion be and is therefore granted as prayed for, and
it is ordered by the Court thaE the new band of said Constable is hereby approved in open
Court which new bond shall be recorded in the proper record by the County Clerk, Ib is
Il Furth er ordered and decreed Dy the Court that the old bond of said Constable az;d on which
~!~ said T. J. Sublett was one of the sureties, be and is hereby in all things aannelled and
shall De held of no further force and affect from this date.

high water bridge in lieu of the 10' concrete bridge advertised, each and all of Bald bide
eseept those voluntarily withdrawn era hereby kept by this Court until Tuesday, June 16,
1931, at 2 O'clock P. Bi., at which time the Court will receive bids on s highwater bridge
at said location, 35 feet high, 18 feet wide with a carrying load of 15 or morn tons.
