This 9th flay of June, 1931, it appears to the oourt that it is neoeasarg to purchase
a 20 foot atrlp of lane off of the south aide of Mrs, T, F. A11anp's land in Center Point
to be used in widening the proposed Center Point Loop, and it further app wring that the
price of $50,00 for such strip is just and reasonable, it is therefore ordered by the
Court that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorised and directed to pay unto said
Mrs. T. F, Allaup said (50.00. out of the Center Point Road Fund by properlg drawn war-
rant, upon delivery to him of properly eigaed dead to Karr County together with partial
release releasing said strip of land from the lien now resting oa her property,
