a 20 foot strip of lane off of the south side of Mrs, T. F. Allenp+e land 1n Canter Point
to be used in widening the proposed Center Point Loop, and it further appearing that the
price of $50.00 Por such strip is duet and reasonable, it is therefore ordered by the
Court that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and di meted to pay unto said
Mrs. T. F. pileup said $50.00. out of the Center Point Hoad Fund by properly drawn war-
rant, upon delivery to him of Pi'ap~ly signefl deed to Karr County together with partial
