May, 1931, of criminal oases filed, and Pines, ~udgme nt and fury fees aol leoted, totaling
$88.50, entitling him to $57.00 in fees, and it appearing that said report is true and
oorreat, same is hereby approved, and the County Clerk is directed to issue two vouchers
in paym~rt of said fees in favor c2 E. H. Turner,- one f~ $7.60 out of R. & B. fund and
the other for $49.40 out of Ad Valorem funfl.

This 9th flay of Tune, 1931, it appears to the court that it Sa necessary to purohasa
s 20 foot strip of lane off of the south aide oY Mrs. T, F. Allaup's land in Center Point
to be used in widening the proposed Center Point Loop, and it further appearing that the
pride of $50,00 for such strip is duet and reasonable, it is therefore ordered by the
Court that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to pay unto said
Mrs. T. F, Allaup said $50.00 out of the Center Point Road Pund by properly drawn war-
rant, upon delivery to him of properly signed dead to Kerr County together with partial
release releasing said strip of lead from the lien now resting on her property..

27, it ie therefore ordered by. the Court that the County Clerk pay unto said Zumwalt
- the sum of x"1,000.00 out of the Lateral Road Fund of Kerr County by proper voucher,
and the. balance of ~R363.25 or so much thereof as was required t0 complete his iob, shall
be paid unto him upon pre aentation of sworn itemized aoeount showing atl work, labor and
materials used in the matter of wrecking and rebuilding aei fl. bui ldin ge, and further,
rise de livery of proper deed to the State of Tease covering the strip of land donated.
