This 9th dqy of June, 1931, it appears to the court that it is necessary to puraheas
a 20 foot strip of lane off of the south aide of Mrs, T, F. A11sup`s land in Center Point
to be used in widening the proposed Center Point Loop, and it further appearing that the
price of $50.00 for such strip is just and reasonable, it is therefore ordered by the
Court that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and di ratted to pay unto said
Mrs. T. F. Allsup said $50,00 out of the Center Point Road Fund by properly Brawn war-
rant, upon delivery to him of pr oparly signed deed to %arr .County together with partial
release releasing Bald strip of land tram the lien now resting oa her property.
