employing a 4ounty Engineer in connection with the construction of the Center Point Loop. and
Bridge and other contemplated county work,-and-it appearing to the Court that A. M. MoNeel
is qualified to perform the duties of such County. Engineer, he is therefore employed as -
County Engineer of KeFr County by the Court at a salary of x`250,00 per month beginning June
15, 1987., same to be paid unto him at the end of eaoh month out of the Center Point Roe˘ Fund
or other fund or funds liable therefor. Rental of necessary equipment to be used by said
