to a first payment of $5,000.00 on his contract covering the oonstruotion of a high water
bridge aaroas the Guadslupe Aivor at Center Point, by reason of having delivered more than
that amount of bridge materials on the ground, and the County Clark is hereby authorized
and directed by the Court to ply unto said R. W. Speaoe the sum of $5,000.00 covering
first payment under his said bridge contrast, by warrant against the Center Point Road
Fund.
