This E7th dqp of July, 1931, 1t is ordered by the Court that 4.29 sores of land out
of Survey No. 33, Ceo. T. Howard, embrsaed in the right of way of new State Highway No. 29
be purchased by Berr County Prom Joe Bohnert for sum of $3E1,75 plus damages in the sum of
$1,578.E5 allowed said Joe Bohnert by reason of having to move all of his bulldings end
to a new location on north aide of said highway. Said total sum of $1,900.00
shall be paid by the County Clerk out of the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon delivery
of proper deed to said 4.29 acres by said Joe Bohnert and wife to the State of Terms,
together with releases releasing same from all outstanding. liana thereon.

The report at said Jury eo tar as the appraisal of said new right of ways is
concerned is hereby accepted and adopted by the Court, but the value of the bed of the old
San Antonio Road to be returned to Ylalkar is hereby plaoed and fined at $50.00 per acre and
the acreage or area of said old road is hereby fined st one-third that of new right of way
tarn for State highway No. 27. And acid George P. Walker is hereby allowed en additional
sum of $30.00 for damages sustained on said Canter point Loop.

according to actual survey thereof, as follows:

The right of way for IIighway Pio. 27 aforesaid shall be acquired for the price
stated and paid for out of the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund by the County Clerk when pro;
deed thereto has been ezeouted and delivered in Paver of the State of Tems.
Tha right of way for the Center Po1at Loop above mentioned shall be acquired Por
the price stated and paid for out of the Center Point Road Fund by the County Clerk wham
proper dead thereto has bean szeouted and delivered by said George P. iPalker in favor of
the County of Kerr.
In event said George P. Walker tails or refuses to eieoute affi deliver above
mentioned deeds for the conaiderationa Hamad, than said oonsiderationa or sums of money
allowed him ae aforesaid, shall be plaoed to his__oredit with the County Treasurer aubjeat
