of the report of the Jury of View dated MqV 16th, 1931, relating to the damages assessed
Cher lotto T. Walker, wife of ,George P. Walker by said Jury oa State Highway
No. 29 and the upper end of the Center Point Loop, to-wit;
"MRS. GEO. P. WAL%EA ;- We appraise and value her lands embraced in the new Highway
survey at $125.00 an acre, for that portion, of said land }rear the Center Point Depot. We
suggest in o~neoti on with this appraisal and rith reference to this parti solar strip of
land that, in view of the foot that the remaining portion not taken will be enhaaoed in
Walker should aoaept $25.00 an acre for that portion of the land actually takem.
(b) The land embraced in the Survey at the north end of the Center Point Loop, 7e Q 5 88

hereby accepted and adopted by tho Court, but the value of the land taken for right of way

The right of wqy for the Canter Point Loop above menti'onad shall be acquired for
the total price of $213.50 stated and paid for out of the Center Point Road Fund by the
County Clerk upon ezecution sad delivery of proper decd thereto by Mrs. Walker and husband
in favor of the County of Kerr
In event said Charlotte T. Walker and husband, George P. Walker Yail or refuwe '
to eaecute and deliver above mentioned deeds for the considerations stated, then said
considerations or sums of mommy she'll be placed to the oredi't of Mrs. Welker with the
County Treasurer subject to her order, and it la hereby or dared and adjudged that both
of said roads or atrlps of right of way shall be opened for the purposes for whioh they'
