proper deed thereto hoe been eaeouted and delivered by Mrs. Nalker and huabaad in favor of
the State of Tezas.
The right oY way for theCenter Point Loop above mentioned shell be acquired for
the total prise oY $213,50 state8 and paid for out of the Canter Point Roafl 'Fund by the
County Clerk upon eaooution and delivery of proper Seed thereto by Mrs. 7Palker and husband
in favor of the County of Seri.
In event said Charlotte T. Walkerand husband, George P. Pla]1tBr Veil or refuse
to ~ezecute and deliver above mentioned 8eeda for the considerations stated, then said
considerations or sums of money shall be pl aoad to the oredi't of Mrs. Nalker with the
County Treasurer aubjeot to her order, and~it le hereby ordered and adjudged that both
of said roads or strips of right of way shall ba opened for the purposes for whichthey '
and eaoh of them ware acquired.
