Thie 27th dap of July, 1931, it is ordered b7 the Court that 9,26 aorea of lead out
of Survey No. 70 and 3.79 sores of land out of Survey No. 69, embraoed in the right of way
of new State Hlghwgy No. 27 be purchased from Herman Schulze by $err County for the sum of
$1,p00 00, said prlee or sum including all damages allowed in the matter. Said sum of
Sean $150,00 heretofore advanced and paid Mr. Sohulze in the matter,
$1,000.00.to ba paid by the County Clark out of the $err County Lateral Road Fund upon
delivery of proper deed to said 13,05 sores of land in favor of the State of Tezas by
said Herman Sohulze and wife. Mr. Sohulze in open Court promised and agreed to obtain
release from the Federal Land Hank of Houatoa releasing it's lien against said 13.05
