$4,250,00 lost in the salo of the $250,000.00 of Korr County Road Bonds, aQiich sum wsa
paid to Pan Howard, Tr. as commission for selling said bonds. j
It is therefore ordered that the County Treasurer transfer the sum of y612,00 from i
Ingram-Hunt Road Fund and the sun of $952,00 from Center Point Road Fund, both to the Kerr
County Lateral Fhnd, and in event the remaining $200,000.00 Kerr County Boad Bonds when sold 1,
should be sold above par, then said two funds shall be credited Dy their pro-rata of such ~,
premium received,

This 11th day oP August, 1931, came, on to be considered the application of Masara.
Chas. Apelt,•E. O. Council and Herm. Schulze asking that~~Karr County pay the expense of
scouring releases Prom the. Federal Land Banks to the right oP way sold %err County on high
No. 27 by said parties, and it appearing to the Court that the eapenae of each of said
three releases is $20.00, it is ordered that the expanse of the A,pelt and Council releases
be paid by Kerr County Lateral Road Fund and 1/2 of the expense of said Schulze release be
paid by said Fund, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay any such
expense or releasing fee when proper release is delivered to him.
