seconded by Commissioner F. A. Karger and unanimously adopted, it is ordered and decreed
by the Court that such public health service be continued for another year and the County'e
portion of the County Health Nurse amounting to y^~1248.00 shall. be paid by the County Clerk

This lath day oP :>ugust, 1931, it appearing to the Court that the Ingham-Hunt Road '
Fund and the Center Point Road Fund should bear it's proportionate part of the amount
$4,250.00 lost in the sale of the $250,000.00 of Kerr County Road Bonds, which sum wee
paid to Van Howard, Jr. ea commission for selling said bonds,
It is therefore ordered that the County Treasurer transfer the sum of y612,00 from ~I
Ingram-Hunt Road Fund and the sum of X952,00 from Center Point Road Fund, both to the Kerr ii
County Lateral Fund, and in avant the remaining $200,000,00 Kerr County Road Bonds when sold 1,
should be sold above par, then said two Punda shall be credited by their pro-rata of such ~~
premium rcceived.

X328. FAYt.';EPFI' OF ~'ENSE~OF OBTAINING RELEASES FROM FEDERAL LAND .BANKS TO HIGHWAY RIGHT OF
This 11th day of August, 1931, came, on to be considered the application of Massra,
Chas. Apelt,-E. D, Council and Herm. Schulze asking that•~$err County pay the expense of
securing releases from the Federal Land Banks to the right of way sold Kerr County on high
No. 27 by said parties, and it appearing to the Court that the eapenae of cash of said
three releases is y20.00, it is ordered that the expense of the A,pelt and Council releases
be paid by Kerr County Lateral Road Fund and 1/2 of the expense of said Schulze release be
paid by said Fund, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and di rooted to pay any suah
expense or releasing fee when proper release is delivered to him.
