The Court having had submitted to i4 for eoaeptanoe or re ~eation. the tentative agree-
meat in writing between Dih~. and Mrs. George P. Walker sad the County Judge, Chas. Real,
of date August 26th, 1931, does hereby reject said prepesi ti on and the Court deeming it to
tho beat interest and safety of the traveling public that the Center Point Loop where it
interaeota with State Highway No. 27 near the Center Point Depot should approaoh and
interaeat with said Highway with two prongs, the Court does now order that said Loop shall
interaeot with said Highway P7o, 27 and shall be opened and oonstruated with two prongs as
originally planned, and said State Hl ghwey No. 29 aeroas the lands of Mr, sad Mrs, George
P. Walker shall be cons tltio fed ea surveyed end laid out.
And the Court does hereby in atract the Clerk of this Court to plsoe to ore dit of
George P. Walker and Mrs. Charlotte T. walker with the County Traynor er, the sum oP money
