therefore ordered and adjudged that said Irvin Parks salary sa Court House janitor of $75.C
per month, payable in equal aemi~monthly payments be hereafter paid by the County Clerk out
of the Permanent Improvement Fund of %err County instead of-out of the Ad Valorem hind,

ment in writing between Mr, and Mrs. George P. Walker and the County Judge, Chsa. Real,
oP date August 26th, 1931, does hereby reject said prspeai ti on and the Court deeming St to
the beat interest and safety of the traveling public that the Center Point Loop where St
iaterse˘te with Stets Highway No. 27 near the Center Point Depot should approaoh sad
intersect with said Highway with two prongs, the Court does now order that said Loop shall
interaeot with said Highway t7o. 27 and shall be opened end oonetruoted with two prongs ae
originally planned, and said State Highway No. 27-aeroea the lands of Mr. and Mrs. George
P. Walker shall be eons hooted as surveyed and laid out.
And the Court does hsreby inatistet the Clerk of this Court to plane to oredit of
George P. Walker end Mrs. Charlotte T. Walker with the County Treasurer, the sum of money
allowed each oY them by the Court for lands taken and damages assessed (if any) under and
by virtue of this Court's or dare passed at Sta Spa of sl July Tenn, 1931, recorded in Vol.
H, pages 586, 587 and b88, of the Minutes oY this Court.
