Thin 14th day of September, 1981, it is ordered Dy the Court that %err County puroheai
from Paul Ingenhuett a certain 30 foot lane on the old Harwell place 4~ miles from Comfort,
in %err County, Tezas, for drainage purposes on State Highway No, 27, same to be of suffioiar
length to embrace that certain "tail" ditch leading away from said highway on said property.
The purchaye price of the lane or land necessary for said ditah as agreed upon being X50.00,
which sum shall be paid by the County Clerk to Paul Inganhuett out oP the %err County Latera]
Road Fund upon. delivery to %err County of proper deed therefor.

m368, DANi6.GES ALLOWED JOE BOHNERT FOR PUT^1INC• TAIL OR DRAINAGE DITCH ON HIS PROPERTY.
This 14th day of September, 1931, it is ordered by the Court that Toe Bohnort be and
is hereby allowed the sum of $25,00 as damages by reason of the construction of a certain
tail or drainage ditch draining State Highway No. 27 at said point. Said damages oP x`25,00
to be paid by the County Clerk out of the %err County Lateral Road Fund upon ezeoutiott and
delivery oP proper easement covering said ditch, said easement to be in favor of the
State of Tezas.

by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds, as shown in Vol. 6, pages 166-
167-168, inclusive, of the Idinutes of Accounts Allowed for %err County, which are made
a part of this order.

7370, APPROVAL Oi~ REPORT AND FEES OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. ONE.
Thin 14th day of September, 1931, came on to be oonsidared yy tha,Court the report of
E, H. Turner, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of $err Conniy, Tezea~ for the month
of Anguat, 1931, of criminal cases Piled, and fines, judgment and jury Ease aolleeted,
totaling W35.90, entitling him to w30.00 in fee a, and it appearing to the Court that said
report is true and correct, same is hereby approved, and the County Clerk id directed to
pay said y~30.00 in two warrants one for y20,00 out of Ad Valorem fund and the other for v10,
out of Road & Bridge Fund.
