Thin 14th day oP 8eptember, 1981, it is ordered Dy the Court that Barr County purohess
from Paul Ingenhuett a oertain 30 foot lane on the old Harwell place 4~˘ miles Prom Comfort,
in Karr County, Teaes, for drainage purposes on State Higlnay No. 27, same to be of suffiaiex
length to embrace that certain "tail" ditch leading away from said highway on saifl property.
The purohaye price of the lane or land neoessary for said di toh sa agreed upon being ,7^50.00,
which sum shall be paid by the Carnty Clerk to Paul Ingenhuett out of the Kerr County Latera]
Aoad Fund upon. delivery to Kerr County of proper deed therefor.

Thin 14th day of September, 1931, it is ordered by the Court that Joe Bohnart be and
is hereby allowed the sum of $25.00 as damages by reason of the conatruotion of a certain
tail or drainage ditch draining State Highway No. 27 at said point, Said damages oY ,x`,25.00
to be paid by the County Clerk out of tho Ksrr Carntq LataFal Road Fund upon execution and
delivery of proper easement covering said ditch, said easement to be in favor of the
State of Tezes,
