This 14th day of September, 1981, it is ordered Dy the Court that Kerr County pvachasŪ
from Faul Ingenhuett a pertain 30 foot lane on the old Harwell place 4~ miles from Comfort,
in Kerr County, Texas, for drainage purposes on State Highway No. 27, same to be of snffiaiez
length to embrace that certain "tall" ditch leading away from said highway on said property.
The purchase price of the lane or land neoeasary for said ditch as agreed upon being X50.00,
which sum shall be paid by the County Clerk to Paul Ingenhuett out of the 8err County Latera]
Road Fund upon. delivery to Kerr County of proper deed thereYor.

m368, DANJsGES ALLOWE- JOE BOHNERT FOR PUT^1II~ TAIL OR DRAINAGE DITCH ON HIS PROPERTY.
This 14th day of September, 1931, it is ordered by the Court that Joe Bohnert be and
is hereby allowed the sum of X25.00 as damages by reason of the construction oP a pertain
tail or drainage ditch draining State Highway No. 27 at said point. Said damages of w25.00
to be paid by the County Clerk out of the Karr County LateVal Road Fund upon execution and
daliverg of proper easement covering said ditch, said easement to be in Savor oP the
State of Tezes.
