This 14th day of Sapt miDer, 1981, it is ordered Dy the Court that Sett County porches
from Paul Ingenhuett a certain 30 foot lane on the old Harwell place 4~ miles from Comfort,
in %arr County, Texas, Por drainage purposes on State Highway No. 27, amme to be of sufPlaie
length to embrace that certain "tail" ditch leading away Prom said highway on said property.
The purchaye price of the lane or land neoassary for said ditch as agreed upon being $50.00,
which sum aliall be paid by the County Clerk to Paul Ingenhuatt out oP the 8err County Latara
Road Fund upon delivery to Sett County of proper deed therefor.

m368, DAN,AGES ALLOWED JOE BOHNERT FOR PUT1^ING TAIL OR DRAINAGE DITCH ON HIS PROPERTY.
This 14th day of September, 1931, it i9 ordered Dy the Court that Joe Bohnert be and
is hereby allowed the sum of $25.00 as damages by reason of the conatruation of a oertaln
tail or drainage ditch draining State Highway No. 27 at said point. Said damages of $25,00
to be paid by the County Clerk out os the %arr County Lateral Road Fund upon execution and
delivery of proper easement covering said ditch, said easement to be in favor of the
State of Tezaa,

of August, 1931, of criminal cases filed, and fines, judgment and jury fees ao lleote d,
totaling $35,90, entitling him to y30,00 in fees, and it appearing to the Court that said
report is true and correct, same is hereby approved, and the County Clerk id directed to
pay said $30.00 in two warrants one Łor y20,00 out of Ad Valorem fund and the other for y10,
out of Road & Bridge Fund.

strip of land taken for the Center Point Paved Loop, said additional sum of x50.59 to
be paid by the County Clerk out of the Center Point Road Fund upon delivery of proper
deed by said Martha A. Burney to the County of Kerr.
