period 1885 to 1929 incisive, same showing a total delinquent tax (state and County)
delinquent oa lands eaoludi ng oity lots plus peLalty of y8,076.97 and a total delinquent
state and oounty tax for said phi od oa City lots of x`5974.48, and 1t appearing to the
Court that said delinquent roll is correotly and neatly oompiled, same be and is hereby
approved in open Court and said roll in triplicate was duly oertifiod by the Court as
corrsot as evidenced by oertifioate thereon.

strip of land taken for the Cen tar Point Paved Loop, said additional sum of x50.59 to
be paid by the County Clerk out of the Center Point Road Fund upon delivery of proper
