This 15th day of September, 1931, came on to be he ar,d the petition of Robert Real
and about 400 others asking the Court to pass, an appropriate resolution against the
relocation of State Highway No. 29 betseen Kerrville and Ingram, Texas, as now boated
and on whioh the State Highway Dapar tment has advertised for oonatruotion bide, sad favoring
the oonstruation of said highway along the old route which patitlon was accepted and ordered
filed to be voted upon in executive session. Whereupon after said paetition having bean
fully considered by the Court said petition be and is hereby rejected by the Court.

ordered by the Court that the County Tudge be and is hereby authorized and direoted
to enter into and eaeeute for and on bohalf of Kerr County a supplemental agreement
reducing the gravel quantltiea and thickness of asphalt surface so as to keep the coat
of said project within the money available, whioh agreement to ba entered in the minutes
of this ifourt sa fellows: ,
