This 18th day of September, 1931, Dame on to be heard the petition of Robert Real
and about 400 others asking the Court to pass, an appropriate resolution against the
relocation of State Higbway No. 29 between Serrville and Ingram, Texas, as now boated
and on whioh the State Highway Department has advertised for construotion bide, and Pavoring
the oonstruotion of said highway along the old route whioh petition wsa accepted and ordered
